I wanted to wait a bit before I wrote a review. My daughter has been seeing Anne Marie for a few weeks now. She is patient and she explains the material in ways where my daughter understands. I can see her confidence growing. Even though she has a ways to go, I already see a difference. I initially only wanted to hire a tutor to prepare my daughter for the ELA and Math exams, however seeing the change in my daughter, I would like Anne Marie to tutor my daughter long term, even over the summer. Pnina is always well organized, comes prepared to start work without any time wasting, and guides my son into focusing on the most important topics to help him. Her experience as a teacher means she knows how to make progress quickly. My son has improved markedly from Pnina's tutoring. Well worth it. Update 3-11-13: My son took the SAT last weekend and feels he did very well. He was able to answer all questions in all sections. In particular, he is confident he wrote a great essay response, with good structure, supporting examples, and conclusion. This is thanks to Pnina's tutoring as he was weak in the written section of the PSAT last Fall. Pnina's tutoring really paid off for him.

Aaron is very knowledgeable and was an excellent math tutor. He was able to explain things well and teach the concepts that enabled my child to have a measurable improvement. His lessons reviews detailing what was covered were really helpful communications. I highly recommend him.
