Corporate Partnerships

Corporate Partnerships

The Longevity Revolution – or the Age Boom – is a watershed moment in our history. Aging consumers are emerging as a major spending power, and in today's workplace, not only do older workers healthcare and retirement concerns need to be addressed, but aging workforces directly impact corporate culture.

In keeping with our commitment to inform society on how to best navigate today's unprecedented increase in longevity, we collaborate with industry leaders in establishing new approaches and solutions to these challenges and needs.

I have been working my entire professional career in the field of geriatrics and aging, and for a long time I have been convinced that companies’ willingness to deal with increased longevity and an aging population is and will be an important factor in their overall success to thrive and be profitable.

—Robert N. Butler, ILC-USA President & CEO

Leveraging Longevity's Impact on Business

Most businesses have not yet had the opportunity to consult with experts about how the complex issues associated with today's longevity phenomenon may work to their advantage and/or disadvantage. To offer guidance, we conduct one-day seminars specifically tailored for companies to introduce their senior executives to the key issues. Our highly interactive workshop is led by multidisciplinary experts from the ILC and such leading institutions as Harvard, Columbia, New York University, and the University of Chicago.
