Ways to Give In order to realize our highest objectives, endowment support is crucial. We are proud that $.86 of every donated dollar goes directly to research, advocacy, and education on the complex issues that have arisen as a result of today's unprecedented increase in longevity. Support Vital ResearchWe have established multiple ways in which interested donors may contribute to helping society prepare for population aging. Choose to donate online, join The President's Circle, make a bequest, or effortlessly increase the amount of your gift through a matching corporate donation. See below for the full array of ways you can make a difference.
Individual DonationsA gift of cash is of immediate benefit to us, and is the most direct way to give. At this unique and important stage in our growth, a fully deductible cash gift allows the organization to use the funds immediately. Choose to donate online, by mail, or by phone.
The President's Circle
A membership program that recognizes individual donors and provides the organization with much needed current-use funds. Membership includes personal access to Dr. Robert N. Butler, our President & CEO. Learn more
SecuritiesA gift of long-term, appreciated securities can provide a double tax benefit to donors — a current income tax deduction and avoidance of capital gain taxes.
Matching Corporate GiftsMany corporations match gifts from their employees to charitable not-for-profit organizations like the ILC-USA, sometimes at 2:1 ratios or better. Please contact the human resources office of your employer for a matching gift form.
Life Income Gifts and BequestsThere are significant tax advantages to making a bequest to the ILC-USA as part of your estate plan. Life income gifts — such as charitable remainder trusts and charitable gift annuities — also offer substantial tax savings while benefiting you and the ILC-USA during your lifetime. You may make a life income gift by irrevocably transferring securities, money, or other property.
Other AssetsGifts of real estate, closely held stock, and other assets can also be used to make gifts.
Federal Employee ContributionsFor federal government employees and members of the U.S. military, we participate in the largest national workplace giving campaign — the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) . Learn more Contact Us
