I am a dedicated, caring Reading/Language Arts Tutor with over 30 years teaching and tutoring experience. I have a Master's Degree in Elementary, Special Education and Reading.     I have permanent NY State Certification, and a Master of Science degree in Elementary Education, Special Education and Reading. In addition, I have over 30 years experience teaching and tutoring Special Needs children, including those with ADD/ADHD. Their parents and caregivers always comment on my infinite patience and ability to help their children overcome the many challenges they face in the classroom, so that they might excel.

    I am an avid American History fan. I have tutored and taught students from Kindergarten through College levels in that subject. In addition, I have helped many students with term papers and essays in that subject area.

    I have a Master of Science degree in Special Education and 30 + years working with children who have Aspergers. My experience includes being the Head Teacher of an Early Intervention children, which involved helping to identify such children. I also helped them to acclimate to a classroom setting,to learn to accept others and react more appropriately with peers, adults and the world around them. I have a lot of patience, something which their parents and caregivers always commented on.
