I’m originally from Columbus, OH. I’m a Doctoral Teaching Fellow at Ball State University. Prior to beginning my fellowship, I was a teacher and a counselor for nine years at a public high school that I helped design in the South Bronx.

I work with students with autism at a local Applied Behavior Analysis clinic. These student are unable to attend their local public school because the least restrictive environment (LRE) for them has been determined to be separate location. I have also taken courses in Applied Behavior Analysis and applied the principles in my own classroom and to create and implement functional behavior assessments (FBA) plans which one of the main therapeutic methods for work with students with autism.
