My name is Brandon D. I'm Wyzant's #1 Spanish Tutor based on hours, ratings, and feedback combined. It is the only subject that I teach. I love helping someone who feels like they can't learn the language to gain confidence in themselves that they can learn it, and then do it.   I have taught ESL classes to adults since February 2010 until now (2011). I was a volunteer ESL teacher at the Weber County Main Library in Ogden for 6 months. I've worked independently with Strategic Staffing in downtown Ogden teaching classes for two months. I've also taught Spanish-speakers in their homes. I love tutoring! I have a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish which is really valuable to be able to teach English. I'm able to explain misunderstood grammar concepts/rules to those who speak Spanish. I'm also able to understand what their deepest concerns are in the language without confusion.
